Hello all!
I am pleased to present my texture pack of Portland Police Bureau (Oregon, USA) liveries for Flashing Lights. This is my first attempt at creating any sort of texture for the game, so I hope you enjoy. Currently, I have skins for the Charger, Tahoe, Explorer, Crown Victoria, and Taurus. The skins mimc the styles found on Portland PB cars as they were before the update to dark vehicles with white text. The Charger looks difference because there was never a navy blue livery for it, so I went with a more realistic concept. Same goes for the Taurus' difference in appearance.
Regardless, I hope you enjoy these textures! Let me know what you think of these by leaving a comment or a rating.

Hello all!
I am pleased to present my texture pack of Clackamas County Sheriff's Office (Oregon, USA) liveries for Flashing Lights. Currently, I have skins for the Charger, Tahoe, Explorer, Crown Victoria, and Taurus. All of the textures are the same except for the CVPI (which has an older-style livery) and Tahoe which--given it's size--needed a different texture. All of these reflect liveries utilized--at one point or another--by the CCSO.

Fulton County Dodge Charger

Hello all.
Fulton County Sheriff Vehicle, part of a department in the state of Georgia... I believe. Nothing much to it, only for the 2010 Dodge Charger! Unfortunately I have not done any other vehicle and/or any other texture / model.
One thing to consider -
You are allowed to Modify it as you please, But do not Re-upload the main file or Upload the modified version to this website, Please ask myself for permission before doing so. Do not claim credit for this as well, This is my work and mine only. Again, ask for permission. [Discord - WHIZZPOPBANG#8111]
I am also not responsible for any harm to the game and/or PC its self, really it shouldn't be harmed in any way as that would be most likely the way you installed it. All that's in the .Rar is PNG files for you lot to replace!

Note:
Some textures are lower resolution (2048x2048) and still have some blue outline on the dashed lines. I will revise this with higher resolution versions.
I would like feedback on whether the shield emblem on the Van and Tow Truck should remain white or be changed black.

sheriff Unnamed Island County Sheriff Pack

This pack is based off of one of my very old skin packs for Garry's Mod. I don't remember which real life department the livery is based off of.
Currently includes skins for the Crown Vic, Taurus and Tahoe. More might be added later.

Columbia, South Carolina Police Department CVPI

The Columbia Police Department is the capitol city police of South Carolina. Columbia resides in Richland County and can occasionally be seen on episodes of LivePD working alongside Richland County Sheriff's Deputies.
Chief Scott called, he wants his Crown Vics back. Take the helm of the classiest cruiser to grace the roads of South Carolina and the only police cruiser proved to handle the deteriorating roads of Columbia, South Carolina. These cruisers were specially modified by the Columbia PD to handle the meteor-sized craters inside the city and what passes for a road outside on the outskirts. If it could handle the streets of Lower Richland it can definitely handle whatever you hit during a lag spike in multiplayer.
This car is my first creation and was primarily used to become familiar with modding Flashing Lights. In the future, I plan to expand his mod with the Columbia PD's modern cruisers. Along with skins to go with them.
This mod pairs great with Nytrex's Richland County Sheriff's Department cars and officers as both agencies operate in the same jurisdiction.

I'm not going to lie, this car came out absolutely perfect. Here we have a Bristol TN Dodge Charger. For those that are from Tennessee, most likely know this department. And also know that they changed their design. However, I love the black and white design. Along with that, this took me a while to make. So I hope you all enjoy it and hopefully this helps your RP.
