Undercover Police Taxi (CVPI) 1.0.0

Thanks for downloading!  I love unique undercover cars, so when I was thinking of something to make, Taxi popped into my mind. This is my first skin, so expect perfection to be out the door.  I've been tweaking with it for the past few weeks trying to get it to a point where I was happy.  As the name implies, this skin works best on a CVPI that does not have a lightbar.
