A "civ" Van That Seems Legit 1.0.0

Alright, so... I made this on a whim a while back for the Flashing Lights Department of Public Safety community since we have civ players, we have a strange sense of humor, and I wanted some civ vehicles.

If you also wish to be a societal misfit like yours truly, feel free to grab this and integrate it into your own community's modpack or just use it on your own or whatever. Don't need to ask me. I could not care less as long as I'm credited for making this abomination.
