Pretty cool in my opinion, quite simple something I threw together for some British people here.

What is the British Transport Police?
The British Transport Police is a national special police force that polices railways and light-rail systems in England, Wales and Scotland, for which it has entered into an agreement to provide such services. The force is funded primarily by the rail industry, and does not receive central government funding

STEPS TO INSTALL
1 - Download the file
2 - Load up Flashing Lights
3 - Open up the vehicle menu and select the Dodge Charger, then at the top right of your screen select Import Vehicle Configuration then find the file on your computer which should be in the Downloads page, then click open and it will be imported onto that vehicle.
