STEPS:

3. Find the file that you downloaded in your downloads or the file you saved it in.
4. Enjoy.
This is a British vehicle, it doesn't look exactly like the one I was trying to make as FLASHING LIGHTS is a American based game and is not for British vehicles, please give me some leeway of it being slighting incorrect.
