So this doesnt work for flashing lights?

So how do I install this? You dont put any information on how to do this, and there are other people commenting, asking how to install them. What the hell?

 i know y'all want to watch youtube videos on how to do it but what abut text instructions or a read me so we actually know what we r doing so we don't mess up our game plus the accent is hard to understand if ur  in USA and speak USA english  plus captions on youtube  sometimes mess up the voice to text
