To install the Georgia license plate skin:
1) Open resources.assets with unity bundle extractor and replace NumberPlate_01 with the NumberPlate_01_GEORGIA file.
2) Open sharedassets2.assets with unity bundle extractor and replace NumberPlate_01_Ticket with the NumberPlate_01_Ticket_GEORGIA file.
NOTE: Make sure to ONLY edit Texture files.
