Download the .zip file
Extract the .zip, you should see 5 .png files
Open your resources.assets with Unity assets bundle extractor.
Replace These Files:
Marked Charger - Police_2_Body_D
Marked Vic - Vic_Body_Police_D
Unmarked Vic - Vic_Body_D-2
Marked Explorer - Veh_Fex-01_exterior-dif
Unmarked Explorer - Veh_Fex-01_exterior-dif_PD2
Save the resources.assets to a place where there is no existing resources.assets
Drag the saved resource.assets into your flashinglights_data folder.
Hit Replace.
Your Done!
Download the .zip file
