This is a Metropolitan police traffic officer skin

HOW TO INSTALL: 

Use unity asset extractor (NEEDED) and open the file "sharedassets2.assets" and search for Cop002_M_01-Mat-_MainTex_atlas0. Click plugins and click edit. then click load. select the file you download from this page and click ok. after that click ok again and save to your desktop. import that file to your flashing lights directory.
