Game breaks in car selector

I've been having an issue where whenever I click on the Explorer in the car selector, all the car buttons grey out and I can't click anything but Save and Exit. Tried reinstalling the game multiple times, still not fixed.

Hi there.  Try this:

 

- Go to steam library
- right click on ''Flashing Lights''
- Select ''Properties''
- Head to ''Local Files''
- Select ''Verify integrity of game files...'

I should have closed this thread on Tuesday, I ended up fixing it right afterwards with Registry Editor.
