I cant locate the Campaign Hat within Sharedassets2.assets file. I see all of the other hat files no problem. Just need to finish up a highway patrol setup and that hat is key. Any help would be helpful thanks.

I have same problem, idk am I stupid or what but i don't see any kinda Path ID # 293 (I see a few files but they don't have any "hat" word in their name) Please help.

The Path IDs change after every update (as new content are added, etc), the name is "Hat texture", now located on path ID 295Capture3.PNG.5f11d9b2f676413b774d3b6fc9de651d.PNG

Hey,

Simply with these names you can find the files in UABE. Allowing you to change the texture of a certain file in FLashing Lights with one of the beautiful textures provided on FLMODS. 
Check out the tutorials if you want to get into modding! 🙂

Hi Whitepython, be sure the file you are attempting to edit is a texture2D file and not a Material file, this can be found out by viewing the 3rd column titled "Type"

Another reason this could be happening is because you have selected the wrong type database or ignoring the new popup completely, after opening either the "resources.assets" file or "sharedassetsxx.assets" a popup will appear, be sure to scroll all the way down and select the last option "U2018.3.0f2"

When finding it, you need to click file type until you see like whee or something like that in that column, then you can search for the hats and it should pop up.

Remove the "- Police cap 1 = " these are only used to give users a definition of the hat version, it should be just "Cap-01_Hat_Diffuse-PD1"

Hi DanpogoYT, make sure you're searching in sharedassets2.assets file, the name is still "Hat-Police-1_Hat_BaseColor".
