    I just installed it on the current (as of July 14, 2020) FL BuildID: 5198880, and can confirm that it still works. Make absolutely, positively sure you are modifying resources.assets>Ambulance_complete_Body_LP_AO - Texture2d - PathID 626. The ambulances can get confusing with so many of the files having similar names. Are you sure you didn't modify Ambulance_complete_Body_LP_MetallicSmoothness - PathID 627? That texture affects shininess and reflectiveness.
