Good afternoon,
     This is my first release, so please go as harsh as possible on me so that I can make the best altercations to my future releases. Today I bring you an all blue lighting back for all police vehicles in the game. I went for something kind of in between a slow and fast pattern but, something that was nonetheless in sync. Instructions, credits, and general information about the pack is included within the file. I have also included all parts to each vehicle so if you wish to modify the vehicle, or use specific parts from it, you can do that.
 
I have also included the video previews if for some reason you want them (cannot imagine why you would).
