No it is not a drivable car. These are skins for the AI cars. NOTICE: these were made in 2020 and the game files have since been updated meaning they may not work.

Hi @Gargolillamrp. Are you looking for UV templates or just the skin file to edit.

Great job on the skin. I have an idea for you. Try putting the 911 in the white space above the back tire right above the department logo.
