I spent many hours on this one so please don't steal / repost it as your own.
 
To install the Atlanta Police Department Skin:
1) Open resources.assets with unity bundle extractor and replace Veh_Fex_01_exterior_dif_PD3 with this file.
 
If you'd like to add to the realism, check out my Georgia Plate mod here.
 
NOTE: Make sure to ONLY edit Texture files.

If you're using the Georgia State Patrol Mod by Space816, I've created a GSP vest to go along with it so you can also use your traffic vest in game.
 
To install the Georgia license plate skin:
1) Open resources.assets with unity bundle extractor and replace Cop002_M_01-mat-_MainTex-atlas0_Vest-1 with this file.
 
 
NOTE:
1) Make sure to ONLY edit Texture files.
2) This mod is just for the traffic vest. For the full experience, also download Georgia State Patrol Mod by Space816 to get the main outfit as well. To use his mod, simply replace "Cop002_M_01-mat-_MainTex-atlas0" in resources.assets using unity bundle extractor with his mod "GSP Cop002".

2) Open sharedassets2.assets with unity bundle extractor and replace NumberPlate_01_Ticket with the NumberPlate_01_Ticket_GEORGIA file.
