This vehicle pack contains the texture pack used by the Sheriff Department in the RP Group "Royal Canadian Emergency Services". Included are skins based on the British Columbia Sheriffs, as well as Alberta Sheriffs in the style of the BC Sheriffs. Which you use is up to you, just make sure that you follow the guide included in the readme. To complete the setup for this group, you will need to download my RCMP pack as well To get set up with uniform skins, just head over to the group and join up in the discord. All of the links are in there. Included Sirens are totally optional, of course! PS; I left out the black hoods on the vehicles as it was just proving to be a pain to do. PS; PS; If you're not part of this group, still feel free to use these. I'm happy with the turnout of the BC Sheriff skins so feel free to use them on your own!Free -

Thank you for checking out my Police/Taxi DUI Enforcement Skin Pack! This pack contains the PNG texture files that allow you to cover the back half of absolutely any CVPI, Explorer, and/or Charger skin that you use in Flashing Lights. Please bear in mind that this covers from the back door onward, so if you have a skin that utilizes a lot of the back door, then part of your design may be covered. It's up to you to look at the screenshots for this pack and compare with the skins that you use to determine if it will work for you. This pack requires an incredibly small amount of photoshop skill. I use GIMP 2.10.18 (https://www.gimp.org/downloads/). It's a great free photoshop tool for basic stuff like this. It's what i use to make my skins. If you have no experience with this tool, it's super easy to install the skin additions in this pack with GIMP. - FULL DETAILS - VEHICLE SKINS: - Generic DUI Enforcement skins for the Charger, CVPI, and Explorer, using PNG files that you can simply copy and paste over your currently used skin for each respective vehicle, using a photoshop tool such as GIMP 2.10.18. How to install: 1) Download and install GIMP if you don't already have it, or run your own photoshop program. 2) Right click on the skin that you wish to add the taxi design to and use "Open With" to select the photoshop program of your choice. 3) Right click on the DUI taxi skin from this pack that matches the vehicle that you are planning to add it to. 4) In the taxi skin file, in photoshop, use a Selection Tool to select the ENTIRE IMAGE, not just the part of the image that has the taxi design. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT. 5) Go to your vehicle skin that you wish to add the taxi skin to and paste the copied image into it. You should see the the taxi designs paste into place in the appropriate positions, if done correctly. 6) Export the new skin with the taxi design to wherever it is that you wish to save the skin. I recommend changing the file name a little so you don't lose the original skin you were using. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Please use the links below to find a list of where each pedestrian and vehicle skin is located. This link definitely saves me a tonne of time. https://www.flmods.com/forums/topic/3-vehicle-file-names-location/ Please see below for tutorials on replacing character and vehicle skins: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1411062152 You'll need this program to install these mods manually: https://www.flmods.com/files/file/194-unity-assets-bundle-extractor/ -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- That should cover it! Feel free to share in-game screenshots of the skins in use in the comments on this pack's download page. Cheers! All vehicle skins were made by me, greenhamcalvin. Please do not reproduce, copy, or steal these in any way.Free -

Thank you for checking out my Canadian Forces Military Police Mega Pack! This pack is based on real life, with some fictional aspects as the Military Police don't utilize all of the vehicles that are used in this game, but I will never make a pack that isn't complete. IMPORTANT: For those who like the skins, but do not want to play as Military Police, I have a version of almost every skin with the word "Military" removed so that you can use them as general police vehicles. - FULL DETAILS - PLAYER SKINS: - Uniforms for all male and female characters - Variety of safety vest colours. - Military Police in Canada only wear berets and winter hats, and due to the game not having either as options, I have created fictional headwear with various optionsthat simply suit the uniform, such as: - Ball caps are black only, so Police Hat 1 and 2 are both black with "POLICE" on them. - The Eight-Point Hat has five options, with a variety of trim and leather strap colours. Details provided in the file names. - Campaign Hat has two options. Two black hats, one with a grey trim and one with a red trim. - Until proper vests are introduced into the game, I will not be including kelar vests. VEHICLE SKINS: - Some vehicles have "Realistic" skins as well as "Modernized" skins. The differences are minor. "Realistic" skins are true-to-life based on photos of the specific models in real life, while "Modernized" skins have small additional details to bring them more on par with current MP vehicle designs. The Explorer is an exception and only has "Realistic" skins as it's a newer vehicle, eliminating the need to "modernize" it. - Some vehicles have versions that don't actually exist. They exist purely to add to the variety of this pack. They will be marked with "(Fic)". - The Charger, CVPI, and Explorer include stealth/unmarked versions. - All Two Truck and Van variants are purely fictional as the MPs do not use either. - Details: - Charger: - Realistic Standard Skin - Modernized Standard Skin - Non-MP Versions of each (Fic) - Black "Ghost" version with reflective decals (Fic) - White "Ghost" version with reflective decals (Fic) - White, Grey (Fic), Faded Blue (Fic), and Dark Blue (Fic) unmarked skins - CVPI: - Realistic Standard Skin - Modernized Standard Skin - Non-MP Versions of each (Fic) - Black "Ghost" version with reflective decals - White "Ghost" version with reflective decals (Fic) - Black, Dark Grey (Fic), Faded Blue (Fic), Light Blue (Fic), Light Grey (Fic), Navy Blue(Fic), and White unmarked skins - Explorer: - Realistic Standard Skin - Non-MP Version (Fic) - White "Ghost" version with reflective decals (Fic) - White and Dark Grey (Fic) unmarked skin - Tow Truck (Fic): - White Marked, Grey Marked, and Olive Green Marked MP Tow Truck - White Marked Non-MP Tow Truck - Van (Fic): - White Marked, Light Grey Marked, Dark Grey Marked, Dark Blue Marked - Non-MP White Marked, Light Grey Marked, Dark Grey Marked, Dark Blue Marked - I also included a full version of the marked van, with the stripes and all. I personally didn't 100% like how it turned out, but I'm including it in case you do like it and wish to use it anyway! All vehicle and uniform skins were made by me, and all siren sounds were acquired from various online sources and mastered by me. Please do not reproduce, copy, or steal these in any way. A huge amount of credit goes to Herogus3xD for providing tutorials, links, and vehicle template resources to make this whole pack possible. Also, credit is due to Irishman1313 for providing me with some valuable resources and references regarding vehicle decal layouts for some MP vehicles.Free -

Full RCMP Vehicle, Uniform, and optional Siren pack! This is my first time ever making a mod pack, and I've normally made skins for GTA V in the past, so this is a first for Flashing Lights. Included in the pack are all of the textures for each vehicle and uniform for manual install, as well as siren sounds for manual install. THIS PACK CONTAINS: - All uniform textures - Marked vehicle textures, including a fictional RCMP Tow Division Two Truck. - Ghost versions of the Charger, CVPI, and Explorer (White base with reflective decals). - Whelen CenCom Sirens, authentic to the sirens used by the RCMP. - Extra options for the eight-point hat in case you prefer to not have a hat badge. - Links to the necessary programs and tutorials to install this pack. There are NO unit numbers on any of the vehicles, with multiplayer in mind in case you wanted to use this pack while playing with a friend, to avoid two different vehicles with the same number appearing. Also left out labels such as "Supervisor" for the same reason. The Explorer skin was tricky, but I'm happy to say that it worked out perfectly. Also included in the pack is a black and a grey unmarked Explorer, was well as Auxiliary versions of the Charger, CVPI, and Explorer. Not included in the screenshots are screenshots of the vests and hats on the other characters, but they have been tested and do work. ** I did not include any uniform skins with bullet-resistant vests, as I tried to do a texture with the reflective vest skin and it just didn't look authentic enough for my liking. If those vests are ever implemented into this game, I will certainly add them to this pack. Also, the 8-point hat has a black badge at the top, that does show a little when look at it, but it's excusable. If there's a way to fix that and remove it that you know of, feel free! Feel free to use these as you see fit, just provide proper credit if you redistribute. Any questions, fire them my way! Cheers, folks. Just wanted to give a huge amount of credit to Herogud3xD for providing lots of modding resources such as tutorials, templates, etc.Free
