I should have closed this thread on Tuesday, I ended up fixing it right afterwards with Registry Editor.

I've been having an issue where whenever I click on the Explorer in the car selector, all the car buttons grey out and I can't click anything but Save and Exit. Tried reinstalling the game multiple times, still not fixed.

Basically what the time says, is it possible to put the custom lighting setups from the July update on the AI cars (Ambulance that spawns at the accidents, police transport van, etc.) and if so, how is it done?
