Looks pretty good, man! You put a lot of hard work into this. I hate to ask, but morbid curiosity is getting the better of me... how long did it take to get all the textures sorted out so they'd all "fit" correctly? Anyway, I'm considering adding this to my server's modpack where it'd be the only thing I didn't make. I assume you'd be fine with that with proper credit given, of course.

This is Flashing Light's biggest and best winter mod ever! I can say that because it's the only actual winter mod. Conversely, this also means it's the smallest and worst winter mod at the same time. Can you tell that I'm running on no sleep and am possibly suffering from a caffeine overdose? Alright, enough of the nonsense. Now for the actual info! It contains more modified textures than I wish to count across 3 files. Keep in mind this is a sort of "light" version. It only has modified roads, sidewalks, and ground (The "full" version is only available to my Flashing Lights Department of Public Safety community, for those that have passed training). This mod does not include uniform/vehicle textures seen in the video below or screenshots. There are some oddities which either cannot be fixed with the way the game shares textures and has them all over the place, randomly rotates them, or issues with lighting/shading, or whatever. Also, yes, I know there's like a random patch of grass in the city, bits of dirt, the fields, and some bits of road that don't have snow on them, and no, I won't be fixing those. Too much work for too little of a return (as for the fields, pretend they're muddy or something, I dunno. I've seen it plenty of times before where there's snow all around but cornfields and such have like no snow). It's intended to have view distance no longer than 300, volumetric lighting on (for fog), grass turned off, and tree render distance set to low (most bushes and the like are controlled by this and not grass setting). In addition to these, it's best with you using the /snow command. Installing this will remove most, if not all, mods you have in place if you have any. That is the nature of drag-and-drop style mods and cannot be "fixed." Drag-and-drop mods are also not compatible with each other usually. However, you will be able to manually install your own textures afterwards with UABE. A video from GarrettPlays with my winter mod (including elements from the version my community has) can be seen here: The snow textures I've made are not to be extracted, re-uploaded, modified and uploaded, attached to other mods, or otherwise tampered with and subsequently released without the express written permission of myself. I am not responsible for any damages that may or may not happen to your copy of Flashing Lights or your computer. I am not responsible for any altered behavior of Flashing Lights or your computer. The .zip that you download is not to be altered in any way, shape, or form. By downloading or otherwise using this mod you agree to these terms.

  2. Bloom is excessive, but aside from that it doesn't look too shabby.

Alright, so... I made this on a whim a while back for the Flashing Lights Department of Public Safety community since we have civ players, we have a strange sense of humor, and I wanted some civ vehicles. If you also wish to be a societal misfit like yours truly, feel free to grab this and integrate it into your own community's modpack or just use it on your own or whatever. Don't need to ask me. I could not care less as long as I'm credited for making this abomination. Have fun! (Before someone throws a fit, Herogus3xD says it's fine. If you somehow don't know who that is, he runs the place. Yes, we know who sends in complaints by name. Yes, I can see them. I'll be waiting with a paddle.)

These are a pair of generic (i.e. Unnamed County) Indiana Sheriff style crown victoria and van textures I made for the Flashing Lights Department of Public Safety community. They're being phased out, so I'm publicly releasing them. The crown vic in the preview image is outdated, the actual texture looks better.

This is a small pack depicting the Kentucky State Police that was made by request. The Charger, Crown Victoria, and Explorer are included. ...yes, different shades are used for the different vehicles. Don't ask me why KY State Police does this, I have no idea. Any questions or concerns? Feel free to message me on Discord: Elias Auxilibus#8256

  6. You forgot to include the charger you show in the preview images. Doesn't look bad, though!

This is a pack of 3 textures for the Crown Victoria, Charger, and Explorer. It's a recreation of the Military Police at Fort Meade. There are no plans for adding, changing, or fixing anything else. Yes, the white parts between windows is correct. You may make your own changes or base your own textures off of these if you wish, but you must get permission from me first. Also, I know the charger looks a little strange with how the stripe looks towards the rear, but quite frankly that's not something that can be fixed, and on the IRL vehicles they do abruptly end at the trunk/rear like that. I've also had to take a few liberties here and there like word placement on the back due to limitations with the vehicles themselves. ....on a side note, I literally have no idea why I made these. I have no use for them, I was not inspired to make them, nobody I saw asked for them. XD

  8. Just now saw this since it doesn't exactly notify me of comments folks leave. For anyone else wondering, there are no LA style ambulances. I never made any.

This is a re-upload. Original upload was completely bugged. This is an MSA style SCBA. It's not perfect, the labels on the tank don't line up right, but it is what it is. The tank and straps/belt are all modified. The mask itself is not. Keep in mind that this is only for the SCBA and not the helmet or uniform shown in the picture. The texture names correspond with what they replace. SCBA_1 replaces, er, SCBA_1 found in sharedassets2. Same applies to SCBA_1_N in this mod replacing SCBA_1_N in sharedassets2. Also, a shoutout to Romnix for alerting me to the odd issue with the original upload where the files seemed to have been swapped at some point after my initial upload. If you have any questions, message me on Discord: Elias Auxilibus#8256

I had to download every texture while changing it. I couldn't help but look at the textures, of course... and I must say, it looks great. Some hard work went into this.
  10. I'm glad someone said something finally. I didn't realize it wasn't in there. It'll be updated soon.
  11. Truly the epitome of quality texture work. Others may try to create something as beautiful and artistic as this, but never again shall we see something come close to matching the majesty that is this particular piece of art.

This is a texture I made for the Flashing Lights Department of Public Safety community for the tow truck. It contains the regular texture and the Normal map. The reddish looking normal map is used to make the vehicle look a heck of a lot less bumpy/scratched up and won't have any adverse effect on other tow truck skins, but it's optional. If you have any questions or comments, feel free to message me on Discord: Elias Auxilibus#8256 If you have trouble getting it in-game, your best bet is to go to the modding section of the official Flashing Lights Discord server.
