  1. We hit most downloaded for light presets! WOOT!

Thank you so much to everyone in making this possible. I was so surprised to see how this pack has flourished in this community. It's a bit funny going into a game and seeing a light pattern you have made on someone else's vehicle. But, none of the less, kind of humbling. I'm glad you all have enjoyed using it.

    Again, thank you all!

  2. Sorry, I stopped supporting it on Mod.io.
  3. Woot again! I cannot believe both of my pattern packs have made it to the top of this year! I am really grateful for everyone making this so popular. Thanks everyone 😄

    Cheers,

  6. I am sorry you are having issues with the pack. Each individual vehicle pattern should work with their intended model (e.g., crown victoria pattern for the CVPI-looking vehcle, etc). If you are having another issue with the game, I hope you can find support from the community regarding what glitch is happening specifically. Cordially, A.N.

The Clackamas County Sheriff's Office Livery Pack by A. Noble Hello all! I am pleased to present my texture pack of Clackamas County Sheriff's Office (Oregon, USA) liveries for Flashing Lights. Currently, I have skins for the Charger, Tahoe, Explorer, Crown Victoria, and Taurus. All of the textures are the same except for the CVPI (which has an older-style livery) and Tahoe which--given it's size--needed a different texture. All of these reflect liveries utilized--at one point or another--by the CCSO. Regardless, I hope you enjoy these textures! Let me know what you think of these by leaving a comment or a rating. The Portland Police Bureau Liveries Pack by A. Noble Hello all! I am pleased to present my texture pack of Portland Police Bureau (Oregon, USA) liveries for Flashing Lights. This is my first attempt at creating any sort of texture for the game, so I hope you enjoy. Currently, I have skins for the Charger, Tahoe, Explorer, Crown Victoria, and Taurus. The skins mimc the styles found on Portland PB cars as they were before the update to dark vehicles with white text. The Charger looks difference because there was never a navy blue livery for it, so I went with a more realistic concept. Same goes for the Taurus' difference in appearance. Regardless, I hope you enjoy these textures! Let me know what you think of these by leaving a comment or a rating. Sincerely, A. The NYSP Vehicle Light Patterns by A. Noble Hello all! This is a pattern inspired by the New York State Police's emergency lights. This pack contains a preset for the Taurus-style vehicle and the individual components to apply these pieces to any other vehicle. I only premade one specific vehicle and opted to give the components in their base form. This should give everyone an easier time porting the patterns onto unique vehicles or between departments. Let me know if this is easier and or preferable down in the reviews or comments! Included Selection 1. Taurus vehicle preset 2. NYSP Light Bar 3. Red bunninng board lights 4. Red single LED (for the mirrors or body panels) 5. Red driver-side rear lights (for the rear window) 6. Red and Blue passanger-side rear lights (for the rear window) To use a preset file, follow these steps: 1. Download the ZIP file containing the presets 2. Right-click the file and extract all 3. Load Flashing Lights 4. Enter the Police Vehicle selector and select the appropriate vehicle a. (if applicable) Once a vehicle is selected in the editor, go to Edit Lights. From there, select one of the white diamonds to open up the individual editor for that light. This is where you will import specific light components like the light bar. 5. Click IMPORT, located in the top right 6. Navigate to the extracted file's location on your PC. 7. Select the appropriate preset. I hope you all enjoy the design! 11. I am flattered by the usage of my standard disclaimer bar I use in my pattern submissions. Though I would recommend paraphrasing its meaning instead of copying it.

The "Federal-type" Charger Light Pattern by A. Noble Hello all! I wanted to update an old 2020 light pattern that I previously made and posted here originally. Since the lighting ending--and game in general--has improved so much since then, I thought I would renovate my first submission to this page. The light bar is inspired by Federal light bars, but is custom-made. Enclosed is a single Red/Blue (plus amber advisory) vehicle pattern meant for the Charger. Pieces (i.e., running-board lights, light bar, individual LEDs, etc.) can be saved an imported onto another vehicle if you so desire. Included Selection 1. Charger vehicle preset To use a preset file, follow these steps: 1. Download the ZIP file containing the presets 2. Right-click the file and extract all 3. Load Flashing Lights 4. Enter the Police Vehicle selector and select the appropriate vehicle 5. Click IMPORT, located in the top right 6. Navigate to the extracted file's location on your PC. 7. Select the appropriate preset and enjoy! I hope you all enjoy the design! Disclaimer: I am not responsible for any issues, damages, or other game-related problems. The "Code 3" Fire Department Lighting Pack by A. Noble Hello all! Here are my red and white fire department lighting presets for Flashing Lights! They all have a slightly different lighting system, but the whole is fairly the same (especially the cars). As a separate note, all of the vehicles are referred to by their "real life" function or name. In this case, the "Tanker" is the older fire engine with ladders on the side. Similarly, the "Engine" is the fire vehicle with hose and water cannon. Included Selection 1. Crown Victoria preset (w/o siderunners) 2. Engine preset (see 3rd sentence for clarification) 3. Explorer preset 4. Ladder vehicle preset 5. Rescue vehicle preset 6. Tahoe preset 7. Tanker vehicle preset (see 3rd sentence for clarification) 8. Taurus preset To use a preset file, follow these steps: 1. Download the ZIP file containing the presets 2. Right-click the file and extract all 3. Load Flashing Lights 4. Enter the Fire Vehicle selector and select the appropriate vehicle 5. Click IMPORT, located in the top right 6. Navigate to the extracted file's location on your PC. 7.
