I have personally never had any issues understanding Hero's accent, despite being born and raised in middle of nowhere New York state.

when you put files into the game, they  don't have to be pngs, but when you go to edit the file you must make sure that this box is on the All Types options to see the jpgs

@Georgianna the campaign hat is called "Hat Texture" in sharedassets2.assets. It's totally fine to ask for help .
